Tim-bor Professional is used for the pre-treatment of lumber against termites and other insects.

Tim-bor (termite protector) is applied by spraying directly to the wood surface and protects the wood from the inside out against the following:

Dry wood termites,
Dampwood termites,
Carpenter ants,
Powder Post beetles,
"False" Powder Post beetles,
Furniture and Deathwatch beetles,
Old House borers,
Ambrosia beetles. .
Tim-bor is not only a great product for termite prevention it also provides good control for fungus on the wood under your home.
During new construction you should also put about a teaspoonful of the dry powder between the studs in the wall cavities to make your house practically roach proof and silver will not live in your home either.
