Is the Product I need allowed in my State?

If you are unsure whether a product on our website is allowed to be shipped and /or used in your State please contact your local county offices.    At the order point of all products we have displayed the States which we believe dis-allow the particular product but the information changes daily.    Please do not call us for advice - it is better that you get local advice.    We try to trap all orders for products which are disallowed in certain states but it is difficult for us to be sure that your local rule have not recently changed.

It is your responsibility to check, read and follow all label instructions. It's against the law to use any pesticide inconsistent with the law. Various states may have restrictions on certain pesticides and rodenticides that are in addition to the federal label, like the state of New York. Contractors Depot, or any other company that sells professional strength pest control products is not permitted to sell pesticides to residents of New York State. However, residents of New York or any other state under the same restrictions may order baits, traps, and other devices not defined as pesticides under applicable state and federal law. If you have any questions, we would be glad to help you. Most of the time your pest control needs can be solved without the use of
pesticides, using insecticide or rodent baits and some dusts, coupled with the use of
traps.
